THE BEB Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from THE BEB. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, free of stains, odors, makeup marks, smoke smell, and excessive human or animal hair.

If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to accept the return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Shoes
• Sale items
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Items purchased with discounts, promotions, or loyalty points

How to Return an Item

To return your item, please mail it to:

Please include your name and order number inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as THE BEB is not responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Your Return

Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is received for processing.

Once approved, your store credit will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.

Return Conditions

Returns may be denied or subject to a $10 restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition, including but not limited to: stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, smoke smell, damage, missing tags, or items returned wrinkled, balled up, or improperly packaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Damage caused by improper care, washing, handling, or incorrect sizing does not qualify as a defect. Color and pattern placement may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, photography, and fabric cut.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Please double-check your order, sizing, shipping address, and discount codes before completing checkout.

Return Limits

Because THE BEB carries limited inventory and small-batch styles, customers may return up to 7 items per month. This helps us keep our collections fresh, fair, and sustainable as a small business.
